Refund policy
1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products (hair products, wigs, extensions, and hygiene-related items), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email]. Include your order number and photos of the product.
If your request is approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in case of proven damage or order errors on our part. Once your case is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation due to quick processing.
